The Partnership for a Secure America has at least one person of interest--if you'll pardon the expression--on its advisory board.
The Partnership for a Secure America (PSA) is dedicated to recreating the bipartisan center in American national security and foreign policy by bringing Americans of all stripes together to make our country, and our world, safer.Sandy Berger. Actually I get it; it's like hiring a "reformed" hacker for your network security team, right? The project’s backers must be under the assumption that Mr. Berger will not be receiving a prison term when he is sentenced in September for his “mistake” concerning his pants and classified documents. Unfortunately, they're probably right.Advisory Board

I started to say something along the lines of "I don't believe this" but we all know better, at least those of us over 13. I'm guessing that this outfit hasn't heard of the word 'credibility'.
Is this some sort of program for out of work, never to be employed again, pols? I see some on that list who fit the description. At least I hope that is their status.
At least it's a bi-partisan group of losers. No reason not to include a convicted criminal.

Looking at the sponsor's site I see they have a publication titled "Balancing Access and Integrity". It's about election reform.
[irony] We certainly can't afford too much integrity in elections, eh? [/irony]
How does one balance integrity? Perhaps that explains Berger's appointment.

'Locks,
I put in 4 years, Army Security Agency, and if I (or any of my anonymous, hard-working, normal American GI buddies) had LEFT A DRAWER unlocked, or TAKEN A PAPER (One Sheet) out of Operations Building, or down the mountain...
WE would have been stripped of our security clearance and stripped of our freedoms and given a year or two of hard-labor at Fort Leavenworth, as a chance to think about the error of our ways...
THIS Berger P.O.S. should serve as an example to the rest of America: Berger must do time!

They're also going to have a blog. They say it should be ready by November 15.

How on earth is that list of Carter admin rejects and leftist policy wonks bipartisan in any remotest sense?

Chris,
Heh. Well there *are* John Danforth and Lawrence Eagleburger (at least; there are some names there with which I'm not familiar). That's certainly bipartisan. /jk
