Rollin' With the Brotherhood

LaShawn takes on the black American versus black immigrant conundrum. I may have a tangential post on the subject later.

Cobb, as always, has many excellent posts up. Here’s a post-mortem on the Civil Rights Movement.

Did you know that President Bush turned down an invitation to speak before the NAACP? Sheesh, it’s like James Byrd being murdered all over again! Michael has the scoop.

Ambra finally updates her treatise on being/not being a Republican.

Samantha let’s get a peak on the preps that go into a West Indian wedding.

Shay highlights an African success story—Botswana—featuring an article by the great Walter Williams.

Darmon won’t be lining the pockets of a certain propaganda artist film-maker.

Avery debunks the assertion that some people don’t notice race.

And Scott discovers something strange on the internet. Call the law! :-)
